SUMMARY:Night of the Comet - Part VIII (Phoenix)
DESCRIPTION:The terrorising race of the fire birds has always been in 
 the shadows of the events of Evermore. Their powers surpassed many oth
 ers, so they stayed out of the little spats they considered not worth 
 their time. As they were the first to know the existence of the Dragon
 kin, they knew of their motives of drawing the comet, the pair that ha
 d knocked it's twin to Earth years ago, towards the city of Evermore, 
 eager to cause chaos. The only thing they weren't aware of was when.\n
 The night of the first comet was a legend known quite well among the P
 hoenixes, as some of them had been living during the impact. They had 
 stayed upon the mountains that they called their homes, unaffected by 
 the heat brought down by the flaming orb. Stories were then passed dow
 n through the ages,  quite accurate as father told the tale to sons, 
 and mothers to daughters. Leona d'Fierro, clan leader of the fire wiel
 ding creatures, had noticed the same ancient comet burning it's way th
 rough the sky. The last time it landed, it had created the Fae and Nec
 romancers. Now, she was curious on what havoc it would bring this roun
 d. Slightly nervous, she sent a message to all Phoenixes in the city, 
 telling them to meet her at her mountain villa.\nThe Phoenixes all gat
 hered in the lush gardens outside the manor, curious why they had been
  brought but hear by their leader. Leona explained what she had observ
 ed the same, ancient comet heading their way, and that it might be bes
 t to see its effects safely together as a clan. They watched the infin
 ite darkness above as the comet could be seen passing through the sky.
  It fell to the earth, followed by a flash of light and finally ending
  with a bang. The wave of white light washed through the sky, blinding
  them for a moment. Scared, all of them found a way to push away the w
 hite, bringing it back to its source. They felt a little more powerful
 , as if there was more they could do than just fire wielding, but they
  couldn't place their fingers on it. Would they discover their change 
 through the hard night that would follow?\n\nDate: 21st February 2015\
