Seeing Siobhan wake again in his arms after most certainly breaching the afterlife had nearly made him pass out as the mix of adrenaline and relief rushed over his body like the flood of a broken dam. It was a good thing he'd already been on his knees otherwise he would've collapsed with her right then on the spot. Time had slowed enough that he drank in every word she'd whispered to him, his chest having felt like it split open at hearing her voice again. Seeing that familiar soul behind those blue-green hues. The one that somehow looked back at him and thought he'd be worthy of her love.

Then mayhem erupted. Everyone was suddenly sweeping in to check in on Siobhan when all he wanted to do was take her from that room and bring her home. She was slipping in and out of consciousness and it took a lot of coaxing from Billie Mae to relinquish his hold on her to let the diviners check on her vitals and whatever else they needed to do to make sure the affect of Discord was truly gone and done with.

They hadn't been too sure.

Her pulse was getting stronger, but she only slumbered. Hardly moving. The others tried to tell him it was good that she rested, but every moment she remained unconscious had only made him more worried that she would never wake again. So as she slept, he stayed awake, pacing about her room, about the hall where they'd put her. Then through the thousands of bookcases before coming back again to her room where she continued to lay in bed with magical swirls of energy rotating around her which monitored a variety of things on her wellbeing. Or so he was told.

On the third day they said she could come home with him and it had only relieved him slightly. Penelope had decided she would be okay without their spellwork, but to consistently keep an eye on her. As if it were possible to do anything else. Dominic had placed her in his bed and there she remained for the next day with no change as he constantly came in to check on her while texting the others with updates on her condition.

Now it was the fourth day. Siobhan remained looking peaceful and he had watched the even rise and fall of her chest from the doorway where he leaned against the frame. His body was screaming at him to sleep and so he found himself in the recliner he'd taken from the living room to keep vigil, a cup of old coffee in his hand from early in the morning. Despite what his body wanted, his mind would still not let him pause, so though he was drifting somewhere between asleep and not, something seemed to be tethering him back to consciousness.

His eyes lifted with great effort and he saw Siobhan sleepily looking to him from the bed as pale afternoon light cascaded over her. She was looking at him.

Dominic nearly dropped the mug as he moved. Placing the drink down on the floor, he sat on the side of the bed and reached for Siobhan's hand, kissing her fingers, and putting them against his face. He stared quietly for a moment at the familiar eyes he'd missed before speaking, his voice raspy since he hadn't used it in over a day. "Hey, you."
The Day Her Life Changed for the better (Closed for Dominic and Rosabelle)tag:eternalcityrp.com,2023-11-09:6610746:Topic:4369812023-11-09T17:46:02.420Z✓ Scott Alexander Parrishhttps://eternalcityrp.com/profile/Scott

After watching her parents die, Rosabelle was taken to the hide out of the biker group called The Nightshade Rebels. They weren't kind to her but did make sure she was bandaged and let her heal for a few weeks after she was kidnapped. Rosabelle wore a raggedy old shirt that one of the men gave her that stopped at her knees due to her small form. She was only 14 when the men would tell her to get them things like food or beers. Rosabelle even cleaned the hang out which was deep into the woods.

This continued for a few more years as the bikers would leave her for days at a time, sometimes locked in her closet like bedroom. Rosabelle heard the motorcycles pull up as she stood ready to be let out to clean or even cook for the 13 bikers. The leader, Levi opened her door and pulled her out roughly. "Ok girl get to work on food for the boys." He said with a rough voice. Rosabelle nodded as she started cooking at the small kitchen. While the men sat and laughed while she cooked, Rosabelle made sure she cooked the food for them but felt off. Being 16, Rosabelle could tell something was different about her but waved it off when she heard Levi yell about food. She quickly finished the food and gave the plates to each of the men before sitting down next to the closet.

Listening to the men chewing and them laugh at things made Rosabelle's ears ring which she winced in pain at the ringing as it kept going. Rosabelle continued to look down at her feet when she held back the tears from the ringing growing louder and louder while the men grew louder with their laughter. Before Rosabelle could look up, the door busted down by a rather large man. She quickly reacted by getting in the closet and hiding. The ringing grew louder as it drowned out the sounds of the men getting their buttons kicked by a small group of people.
Long Overdue (Eirik + Willow)tag:eternalcityrp.com,2023-03-11:6610746:Topic:4353362023-03-11T04:02:21.894Z✓ Scott Alexander Parrishhttps://eternalcityrp.com/profile/Scott

With 4 hours to go till 6. Eirik didn’t waste time in getting ready after Willow left the Valkyr compound. Ironically, part of those 4 hours was him cleaning out his pick-up truck. Usually using his track for transporting work materials and or things to the Valkyr compound. It was dusty. And he didn’t exactly want to seem like a messy pup; even if Willow was aware that he was less organised than she was. It was always part of Willow’s charm. She being the hyper organised one. With his Valkyr speed, Eirik hoovered up the inside of his truck; whilst removing any loose bits of trash that was scattered around the car. Managing to switch the functions on the hoover, as it was also a built in carpet cleaner. It was probably the only technology he knew how to use besides a phone, without it giving him a massive head-ache. It was within about an hour that the inside of the truck was clean and tidy. Smelling fresh from both the carpet cleaner and the cleaners used to clean the dash-board of the car. Now all was left, was the outside; which he could do in town on the way to pick her up.

Stashing all the cleaning products back away in their cupboard. He made his way through the compound and towards his living quarters. Whilst he did live with the rest of the Valkyr coven; Eirik was more often than not found in his workshop; privacy. He didn’t get much here. Everyone was either loud, after something and asking for more training when he had other things planned. Making his schedule hectic. But he never was one to turn down helping his coven members.

Once in the bathroom, he let the water run to a temperature that he liked. Once his clothes from earlier were discarded; he stepped under the running water. Washing away the sweat and day’s work off of himself. It was refreshing. Feeling heavily refreshed from the shower, he stepped out of the cubicle once he was done. Towel around his waist. Running a hand over his scruffy face; he decided to give his facial hair a trim. One of the days off, he felt bothered about shaving. Usually, he was fine with looking like the rufian that he was. Willow knew both sides of him. The scruffy, rough and cold Viking side. And the softer, teddy-bear and protective side to him. There weren’t many people that he ever let in to see that different side to him. Willow was one of the few rarities that knew him better than most. Slapping on some after-shave and cologne, after he dried off. Eirik looked at his shorter facial hair. Knowing it wouldn’t be long till the beard would grow back out. Getting dressed in a button up t-shirt and some jeans. Eirik grabbed his jacket from his wardrobe. Along with his car keys and a wallet. With those things in hand, he headed out of the compound after putting on his shoes.

Unlocking his car once more, Eirik made himself comfortable in the driver’s seat. Once inside of his pick-up truck, he set out towards town. The rest of the errands, including grabbing some gas and getting the outside of the car cleaned. Luckily those two things came at once, with him being at the gas station. Finding it a bit boring, as he felt the brushes whirl and thud against the hood of the car, as they cleaned off any dust and dirt. At least the car was clean, for now. Until more dirt and dust would attach itself to the outside, from dirt roads and traffic.

Now all was left to do was surprise Willow with her favourite flowers, when he would pick her up. Roses were too common and a cliche. So there was no way the Valkyr would opt for those. Finding that a lot of people over-looked other beautiful flowers when buying them for occasions. After leaving the car wash; it didn’t take him long to arrive at the florist. His eyes scanned through the flowers on display. Wanting to pick out the perfect flowers. Leaving it to the florist to help him pick, best tulips and lilies to create a bouquet. And it seemed like he did well, by letting the florist help. Each flower was rich in color and scent. Leaving the cash on the counter, as he scooped up the bouquet and took it back to the car. Setting it on the passenger’s seat. And once more, he was off. Driving towards the Celestial’s home. Knowing roughly where it was, as Willow mentioned living at the castle. He had passed it a few times on his travels through Evermore. But now that he was driving towards it, he found it looked much bigger than he was expecting. With it nearing 6, Eirik soon found himself pulling up into the driveway, near the castle. Taking in the beauty of it around him. He could see why the Celestials found their home here. It seemed like their style. Stepping out of his car, once the engine hum stopped. The bouquet in one hand, as he made his way towards the ancient looking door. With a knock, he waited for someone to open the door.
Broken Happy Ever Afters (Artemitra & Erythreus)tag:eternalcityrp.com,2023-03-08:6610746:Topic:4354112023-03-08T07:45:20.624Z✓ Scott Alexander Parrishhttps://eternalcityrp.com/profile/Scott

Erythreus couldn’t remember when he’d gone from a an mostly happy Aspect fulfilled and inspired by his duties. An asset to his faction instead of a burden. During his first years in life there was no time for happiness. Showing mercy could mean life and death. There was no time for luck to spread only victory mattered. When becoming an aspect that had changed he had become a part of a family and wasn’t just accountable for himself but for a whole realm. It wasn’t an easy task. Often it was a heavy burden to carry, a burden that couldn’t be shared. Still he had liked it and felt fulfillment and pride every time he helped someone find meaning in their death and move on to the kingdom of death.

The blonde had never been the most social or cheerful person but he’d still felt hope for future. He could still see himself ending up with a women accepting and loving him for all that he was. Unlike now when he had gotten his heart broken one to many times. The last blonde he had given his heard to had ended in disaster. He couldn’t get the confirmation he wanted from her and she didn’t dare to throw herself into the unknown when he still kept his doors open to others if she would never commit to him. None of them had dared to fully go for it and that had become their fall. The last thing he had heard was that she had moved out of town and recoiled with her ex. There had been a few before her and a few after but none that had made such an impact on his life.

Not since his time on Skye a happier time, but also the worst time of his life. Life on Skye had been harmonious at first. They could be themselves without hiding from the rest of humanity. Using their powers freely not being afraid that someone would try and manipulate them for their own vendettas as the shield surrounding Skye prohibited anyone with unkind intentions to pass. Their faction had lived in peace with their now sworn enemy the celestials. Not an unstained relation but they accepted each other. That was until the powers of the world changed and he had been forced to make a decision dooming whatever trust was between the two species. It hadn’t been a decision he’d taken lightly on as the celestials seemed to believe. He didn’t do it because he was an evil soul or to gain something. It had been the best decision he was left with and Aureus had seen that it was most beneficial choice for the future. Any other decision could potentially lead to even worse consequences. Of course the stars whom had been captured didn’t see it that way. To them he was the obvious villain thee one to blame for the misery they had to live trough. He would have felt the same way.

Before all of that had went down the aspect had almost dated a fallen star. It had been a secret fling but a happy one, easy. Or maybe it had just been exciting because it was forbidden and in the dark. Maybe their short relation never would’ve survived the light of day. He had meet Artemitra a few times after that but was only met with anger and distrust. It had been hurtful seeing the girl whom he had fallen for, for her ability to light up a room with her bubbly personality and beautiful smile, so hateful. Knowing that it had been his fault.

The last time they had met had been no different except the ending. They had been in the forrest trapped by some unknown force. He had saved her life. The broody aspect had avoided Artie since then. Afraid he would only give her more reasons to doubt him. Another death to blame on him. It wasn’t something he could bear. The world had already put so much weight on his shoulder. He’d lost hope in love, he couldn’t fulfill his duties anymore the souls didn’t pass no matter what he did. They haunted him night and day driving him crazy.

All of this had lead to him isolating himself with liquor as the only thing easing his pain. Today was no different. He had successfully escaped the manor in the early hours before the guards would give him meaning looks and steal his booze, and was now roaming around the wood aimlessly just trying to get through the day. His head turned automatically when he heard a twig break and a woman appear. ”Oh great just the person I wanted to run in to at this godforsaken hour” Erythreus groaned sarcastically. At least it wasn’t one of the guards ready to drag him back to the manor.
Not a normal walk home (Rosabelle and Ronan Closed)tag:eternalcityrp.com,2023-02-11:6610746:Topic:4345352023-02-11T22:30:14.938Z✓ Scott Alexander Parrishhttps://eternalcityrp.com/profile/Scott

The weather was changing as it was cold and storming when Rosabelle got off work. While coming out of the fire house, Rosabelle looked at the pouring down rain as she sighed. Many of her co workers offered to take her home but she politely declined just because of her past and was still afraid to ride in a car with someone. She stood under the edge before pulling her umbrella up for her walk home. While she walked, Rosabelle kept an eye out as she didn’t want to get caught from her past. After a while of walking, the rain lightened up so it was pouring down. Rosabelle was half way home before two cars skidded in front of her, causing her to fall back onto the side walk. Her eyes looked at the cars while the men flooded out and was getting ready to surround her.

Rosabelle quickly got up and made a run for the forest near by with the men close on her tail. Tears started to fall down her face as it mixed with the rain. “Leave me alone!” She screamed as she knew she could hurt them with her claws but her trauma made her even more afraid to do anything. Rosabelle soon tripped and almost fell, luckily she landed on her knees to quickly get back up. Sadly as she started back up to run, one of the men pinned her down and started to punch her. Rosabelle fought back as she used her claws to get them only for them to hit her harder. She soon let out a scream while she continued to fight back. Minutes later, Rosabell felt the man get pulled off of her and dragged off. She coward to a near by tree while Rosabelle watched one man take on the others. Her eye was blackened and had a bunch of bruises but they were slowly healing while she sat there.

While making her way over, Rosabelle made sure she looked presentable as she wanted to make sure she was presentable for her alpha. Once she got to Lachlan’s house, she knocked and waited as she kept her senses up due to her past. Dom had told her that she was safe in Evermore but Rosabelle was still nervous and scared that the men might come after her.

Rosabelle straightened her jacket and held her bag closed before she heard the door open. She was startled alittle as she looked at him. Her eyes examined him as he looked tired and overwhelmed. “H-Hi, umm I am Rosabelle Grey? I just wanted to meet you since you are the Alpha.” She said softly before she looked down at the ground in nervousness. “W-Would you like some help?” She asked as she glanced at him for a moment, “You look tired and look like you need help.” She said nervously as Rosabelle didn’t want to offend the Alpha.

The Ailuranthrope looked at her alpha to see if he would like her help, even thought she wanted to help her alpha to get some rest and not feel overwhelmed. “I-I’m sorry I didn’t mean to make it sound like that.” She said nervously as she looked down at the ground again as she kept standing there nervously. “I can leave if you want me to.” She said as she looked at him for a moment before looking back down.

He didn't waste any time as he headed in, grabbed some clothes from the chest of drawers and piled them into his duffel bag before looking around and grabbing his blanket off the bed, he was used to traveling pretty light so it didn't take him long to gather up the essentials. He wasn't really sure what their next few days were going to look like but he felt optimistic, which wasn't something the young star was used to. He wondered if the feeling would last.

He scrawled a quick note to Han not to expect him home for a few days and then headed out, grabbing his keys and getting into his car. Before long he was pulling up outside the house once again. He got out and checked the state of the car, making sure all the lights were working and none of the tires looked like they were on their last legs, he didn't want to risk breaking down in the middle of the trip.

Knowing the door was unlocked he headed inside just in time to see her coming down the stairs. She looked so much brighter and happier than she did the first time he saw her today and he felt his heart lurch in his chest in response "You look...shimmery" he commented a little bluntly, but the sentiment of what he was thinking was there.
Reconnecting (Nayoung & Ivory)tag:eternalcityrp.com,2023-02-05:6610746:Topic:4341912023-02-05T02:18:37.172Z✓ Scott Alexander Parrishhttps://eternalcityrp.com/profile/Scott

Ever since she had returned from her journey, she hadn’t been sleeping right, and when she did sleep she would wake multiple times throughout the night in a cold sweat. Even though she knew that her brother was dead, she couldn’t help the feeling that he was still alive, tormenting her even to this point. Things definitely felt lonely around her home now, her puppy was missing, and she could only hope that he was with her best friend. “I miss you Ivory” she said to herself as she finally climbed out of bed. She fumbled her way through her closet, looking for anything to wear, she didn’t feel very picky these days in her clothing options. It felt like everything was crushing in on her, and she had no way to free herself.

Shaking the negative thoughts from her head, she picked out a pink sweatsuit that she had bought quite some time ago. Placing the outfit on the bed, she went into the bathroom that adjoins her bedroom, so that she could take a shower. Despite not really caring about her appearance while at home, if she was going to go out of the house she should at least clean herself up a bit. After her shower, she did her hair so that it was just straight, and a light bit of makeup. Then she got dressed as she prepared to face yet another day alone. Once dressed she went to the kitchen and prepared something to eat, nothing fancy, just a simple sandwich to tie her over until the upcoming supper time. “God, I need some coffee. This is going to be another long day” she said to herself as she turned on the coffee pot.

After eating and having her coffee, the young Nephilim pulled on her white puffy winter jacket, and her sneakers; before exiting her home. Ever since she had gotten home, she had gone to her best friend’s house, but she was never home. Sure Nayoung could have gone into her friend’s home, she had a key that allowed her to do so; but until she knew for sure that her friend didn’t hate her guts for what she did, Nayoung felt like it would be the wrong thing to do. She wandered through the streets of Evermore City, the cold winter air nipping at her flesh while music played in her ears through the headphones that she used as earmuffs. As she reached her friend’s place, something felt different this time.

She stood on the doorstep as she did many times before and raised her hand to knock, then froze. She had thought about this moment for so long, but she honestly didn’t know what to say. She hadn’t seen Ivory in over a year, and what was she supposed to say to make that better? “Hey Ivy, I’m back” she practiced to herself, still standing on the doorstep. “No that’s not it. I missed you?” she said in a questionative tone. Shaking her head no, she wondered if she should just leave and try again another day. Turning away from the door, she heard the door open behind her before she could even take a step.
Aurora Borealis (Daehyun & Yeonseok)tag:eternalcityrp.com,2023-02-04:6610746:Topic:4341842023-02-04T11:25:29.458Z✓ Scott Alexander Parrishhttps://eternalcityrp.com/profile/Scott

Maybe it was the right call. Maybe it wasn't. At this point, Dae wasn't sure what's right and what's not anymore, which was saying a lot considering the male never really had a phase in his life where anything is unsure. He remembered what Yeon said the night before, how he would leave everything and go with him. Of course, a man with that calibre wouldn't really have a problem dropping anything to do whatever he wanted. Yeonseok Lee is rich and well in his own, he has a whole business, a company under his name, a smile that would charm even the hardest rock. And that rock is him. He was fazed, he was shaken. It was why he had a whole luggage packed with his clothes and essentials. It's the reason why he's making sure he looks presentable.

He sighed to himself and murmured "You can do this Daehyun, it's just a trip... how long could it be anyway? We'll eventually get bored and all of this will be over with... He wouldn't want a piece of heavy baggage like yourself, this is just him being nice... because that's who he is, Yeon is a nice guy..." He had reassured himself that the valkyr only wanted to do his part as a good friend.

Dae closed all the lights at his place and dragged the luggage with him as he spared one last look at the living space. He had hoped that perhaps once all of this is over, he could come back to this comfort. Maybe he wouldn't die. By the time he went down from his unit, he noticed there was a car waiting right in front of the entrance. He had thought nothing about it if not for the striking blond who just came out, even after crying last night, Yeon looked exceptionally beautiful. Of course, he does. He's a valkyr but not everyone can be charming like him. "Why are you... here? I thought we'd meet at your place?"
Once upon a time in fair Verona ( open to Edward and Rhaenyra)tag:eternalcityrp.com,2023-02-03:6610746:Topic:4340722023-02-03T20:26:17.677Z✓ Scott Alexander Parrishhttps://eternalcityrp.com/profile/Scott
