Bjorn grew up in a broken home his parents always yelling, and fighting but never coming to blows until one night his father came home drunker than usual and started in on his mother screaming at her. Bjorn had been having a rough day then and tried staying out of it till he heard his mother scream out in pain he ran into the kitchen and found his father standing over his mother fist clenched, all Bjorn could see was red,  he attacked his father and beat him down and called the police and had his father arrested.

Bjorns mother immediately dropped the charges against her husband and berated Bjorn for what he did, not understanding what he did wrong went to his room. His father came home that night with two of his friends yelling for his son to come out of his room, Bjorn not knowing that his father had friends over went out to face him. As he left his room his fathers friends grabbed him and dragged him into the yard to face his father. Upon throwing him down his fathers friends began to kick him but after 20 seconds they stopped and his father ordered him up. Reluctantly Bjorn rose at that moment, his father said "lets see you kick my ass now boy" and attacked Bjorn, he beat Bjorn unconscious before having his friends take Bjorn away and drop him on the outskirts of town

Upon waking Bjorn found himself in a forest cold with only a light jacket in the middle of winter, not knowing where he was he began walking. He soon came across a small cliff and he spotted a pack of wolves, he envied how they could stay warm and gather food much easier than him. He knew what he was and had even completed the ritual with his grandfather due to his father refusing to help him 1 year ago, he knew that he could change into a wolf if he wanted but his last two tries had scared him from doing so. The first time wasn't so bad, he got stuck halfway but had his grandfather to coach him back but it still unnerved him enough to be wary and not do it again for another 5 months at which time he tried only because at his grandfathers deathbed he was told to not be afraid and that he should continue practicing his shifting he tried again. Following his grandfathers words, 3 days after his death he tried again this time he tried to turn into a wolf his grandfathers favorite animal, he ended up halfway there when his father had burst into the room drunk and began yelling at him losing concentration he got stuck again but this time he was alone and had to try to get back to his human form with his father screaming at him and throwing things at him. Bjorn pushed the memories from his head and thought of his grandfather and took a deep breath.

The change went much smoother then he thought it would have and within a few minutes he was a great wolf, with his new form he used his heightened sense of smell to find the city man. He never realized how much it stank, he came to an abandoned building and changed back to his human form,now knowing where he was, he found his way home, no one was home and the door was locked but he had had enough and he kicked in the door and went to his room grabbing a big backpack and 3 changes of clothes and his switch blade that his grandfather had given him, he put on a leather jacket and grabbed some food and left his home not once looking back.

3 years later and Bjorn has created a life for himself, he is now living in a nice apartment he has a great job as a bouncer for his favorite bar and he has his small group of friends, no he has his family cause for him family is more than blood, family is the people you'd die for and give anything for in a heartbeat but he has a good life now can even control his shifting abilities without a problem, but he finds himself getting bored. He knows nothing really about his kind besides the small amount his grandfather told him, he longs to find some of his own kind he knows there are other supernatural creatures out there but he knows none personally and knows very little about them all he looks for is someone who can teach him about his people and who can help him navigate his way around the city when anyone could be a potential threat.
