On August 27th, 1990 a kid by the name of Blaze Kent was born into the family of William and Jessica Kent. They all lived within the Initia faction of Evermore City and occupied a small cottage style home in a secluded part of the Initia territory. William controlled the element of Fire while Jessica controlled the air element and both his parents wondered what element would choose Blaze from the day he was born. Together the Kent family lived a peaceful and happy life in their small house as they waited for the day for Blaze to receive his elemental gift. They knew they would have to prepare him for the outside world with all the many species that resided there as well as teach him about his own species. Together they decided that Jessica would teach him the knowledge he needed to know, while William would teach him the skills he would need to defend himself as well as survival skills should he ever get lost and be unable to find his way home.

At the very young age of one, Blaze had his first kiss with Danielle, the daughter of his parent’s friends, while having a play date. Just by coincidence his mother had her camera ready at her side and got a picture of his first kiss with Danielle. Little did Blaze know at that time, his first kiss would also be his first friend as well as his first girlfriend. In the years that followed Blaze and Danielle grew closer as friends spending the days together and even learning about the supernatural together through Blaze’s mother. The only time that the two were ever apart from one another was when he would train with his father to learn defensive skills as well as survival skills and when his training was complete he would play with Danielle some more until they had to go home for the night.

Now at the age of 11, Blaze had become rather skilled in both defensive and offensive maneuvers that would help keep in safe amongst the supernatural people that resided in the city of Evermore. He had also mastered the survival skills taught to him by his father as well as the teachings that his mother taught him. Danielle had now become his girlfriend and together they would run through the Initia territory just to spend some time alone with each other. At the age of 13 both he and Danielle were claimed by one of the four elements, water, air, fire, and earth. Danielle had been claimed by the element of water and Blaze had been claimed by the element of fire. The two of them trained together to control their elements and would often play around with their gifts as well. Sometimes they would clash their powers together to create a cloud of steam which came in quite handy when trying to escape their parents and other times Danielle would douse Blaze in a torrent of water until every inch of him was soaking wet. They would then curl up by a fire together and just talk to each other until night fell.

On August 27th, 2007 Blaze’s life turned upside down. As he was celebrating his 17th birthday with his family and friends, Danielle asked to speak with him alone so they went up into his bedroom. When they finished talking Danielle was the only one to exit his room and his house. She had just told him that she had found another guy to love and that they should stop seeing each other, his heart had been ripped in two and on what was supposed to be a happy day for him. After about an hour his parents went to his room and knocked on his door wondering why he hadn’t come back outside and the only response he gave was “Go Away Please”. They could tell from his tone that something had upset him so they went back outside and sent everyone home. With everyone gone his parents came back into their cottage style home and sat on the sofa while they waited for Blaze to come out and talk to them and talk to them he did.

Blaze decided that he needed to be away from Evermore for a while so that he could see the world and all that it had to offer. What he didn’t tell them is that he just wanted to be alone for a while due to the break up that had just happened. Blaze’s parents always trusted him to make the right decisions but they were hesitant to let him travel the world on his own. They offered to go with him and make it a family trip but he just replied “This is something I have to do alone but I will stay in contact with you every day”. His parents still didn’t like the idea but they eventually gave in and let him leave on his journey.

September 1st, 2007 marked the beginning of his journey, he wanted to see the entire world or as much of it as he could at least. Before he left though his parents warned him of his gifts and that they should not be used in the world beyond the limits of Evermore. Blaze smiled at his parents and promised to keep his powers hidden from the humans and climbed in the family car which his father had given him the keys to. Turning on some music Blaze left the supernatural world of Evermore to visit the various regions of the world and he kept his word to his parents and called them every day as well as sent them postcards from every new place he visited. However his travels would come to a halt in the years to come.

Now at the age of 23 Blaze had traveled nearly three quarters of the world’s various cities, countries, and continents, and his most recent visit was to the city of Toronto, Ontario in Canada. On May 15th, 2014 Blaze had gotten a call from a fellow Initia in the city of Evermore informing him that his parents had died during the Massacre on the previous night. Blaze immediately drove to the nearest ferry and began his journey home, he drove day and night so that he could get there as soon as possible so that he could attend their funeral but fate had something else in store for him. As he reached the outskirts of Evermore City, Blaze’s eyes shut in an attempt to sleep and his car went off the road and into a rather large tree. Blaze was thrown from the car as it smashed into the tree due to him not wearing a seatbelt and his airbags not deploying. The side of his head smacked against the tree as he was hurled from the vehicle and his shoulder got dislocated as well from the tree. Blaze crawled away from the wreckage and to a nearby stream where he passed out and was essentially left for dead.

When he awoke Blaze couldn’t remember a single thing about the past 23 years of his life. He couldn’t even remember his name or the fact that he was an Initia; he didn’t know which direction he was going or what day of the week it was. So the young man began walking through the woods aimlessly not knowing where to go. As night fell Blaze heard a low growl come from behind him, as he turned around he saw a white wolf snarling at him ready to attack. Blaze immediately began running away from the wolf until he heard a loud yelp from behind him, when he turned around the young man saw the white wolf trapped in what appeared to be an old rusty bear trap that had been left behind by some cruel person. Even though the wolf had been chasing him Blaze couldn’t leave it there to suffer so he walked back towards the wolf and eased his way toward it trying to keep it calm and telling it that he just wanted to help.

After about twenty minutes of calming down the white wolf; Blaze finally managed to get it released from the bear trap before dismantling it. Much to his surprise the wolf didn’t leave nor did it attack him instead it walked over to him and sat down by his feet. Seeming as how the wolf was rather calm around him now Blaze began remembering many of the survival techniques he had learned though who taught him and how he knew these things were still a mystery to him. He gathered some herbs and used them to treat the wolf’s injured leg, ripping off a piece of his shirt Blaze wrapped the leg with the torn fabric to close it off from getting infected. As he walked through the woods he noticed that the wolf was following him no matter where he went so Blaze decided to name the wolf.

The name he gave the wolf was Alaska. Blaze cared for the wolf all through her recovery and even when she was fully healed Alaska never left his side. She slept by his side and walked side by side with him, she had gone from vicious attacker to gentle friend from the one kind act that he had done for her. On the night of February 6th, 2015 Blaze saw a large comet fly through the sky and land in a nearby area to where he was located. As it crashed into the earth strange things began to happen to Blaze, the air around him began to increase in speed and force, then it was as if his oxygen flow was being cut off and he fell to the ground gasping for air, the air then slowed to a gentle breeze before stopping completely. Blaze had no idea what was going on until a flashback of his past returned to him, he was remembering the day that the element of fire claimed him and how he nearly burned down the house, so from what just happened he had guessed that he had just been claimed by another element. He now knew what he was because he remembered hearing the word Initia, however he still had no idea who he was or where he was so he decided to head towards the location of the comet crashing.

Once again Alaska followed him as he traveled towards the location of the comet and what he saw when he arrived was what he had been looking for. Others like him were gathered near the comet and were experiencing something similar as to what he had just gone through. As he made his way to them they had all but left except for one person, a young female that gave him no name. She led him to the Initia faction where she parted ways with the stranger. Blaze began to wonder if he had imagined the whole thing but as he looked down to Alaska, the wolf was watching the female as she left. The young man wandered through the city until a familiar face spotted him. After all this time Danielle still resided in Evermore and by coincidence found him in the faction. She immediately walked over to him and went to hug him but Alaska stopped her by snarling at the female.

“Who are you?” Blaze asked stunned by the female’s happiness to see him. He listened as she replied “It’s me Blaze, its Danielle” he just stared at her before looking down at Alaska. “Do we know each other?” he questioned before seeing a shocked expression cross her face as though she couldn’t believe what she was hearing. “I’m sorry I have to be going I need someone who will be able to help me. If we did know each other at one time I apologize for not recognizing you but I seem to have lost my memory and can’t remember anything about myself other than what has happened to me since I woke up. “You’re name is Blaze, Blaze Kent. And yes we know each other, we used to date until I broke your heart” she said with a slight frown. “My name is Blaze Kent? Do I have family? Do I live around here” he asked wanting to know if she could tell him more. She told him about the death of his parents and led him to their house; after he got there Blaze didn’t leave the house not even when Danielle came by to say her goodbyes as she was leaving Evermore for good. He just remained in the house waiting for his memories to return to him with Alaska by his side.
