On a rainy night in Los Angeles, California, a young initia baby boy came into the world.  The birth of the child came sooner than planned for the Song Family.  Brayden's mother got to hold him for twenty minutes before the police come to arrest her for helping the baby's father escape. Brayden's mother given the baby her necklace. As one day if she could get out of jail she could find him.  One of the officers that held the baby knew the mother's brother as he got on the phone and talked with the Uncle.  Brayden's life was changing within minutes of his birth as he never knew his mother or father. The officer knew the child was an initia as he would have a better life in a city named Evermore City, Colorado.

After a few years being in Evermore City, Brayden was happy living with his Uncle. He got to learn new things and also explore. Going to school, meeting new friends. He never really asked questions about his parents until the bullies came.  Brayden was called many names and was the only person they target. He did wonder what happened to his parents and why was he with his uncle. The only thing he had that was his mother's was her necklace. He never really knew who he was or his family bloodline.

Going through the bullies and school, his uncle was always watching him closely. Though friends and when Brayden was at home. There was one rule he must go by that was forbidden in his uncle's home and that was he must not be friends with a Phoenix. Brayden never understood why he must not befriend with the species. He never once asked. Brayden was careful about who he talks with and his friends.  Intell High School when he meets the most beautiful girl in school, her name was Narcissa.  Brayden never got noticed by Narcissa like he was never living.  He never understood women as Brayden told himself to give up. At this time he was getting involved with video games and studying. There was no time for him to be with someone but that does not mean he didn't look.

By the age of sixteen, he started to feel pains in his lower back. He knew it was unusual for a kid his age to get back pain. He took the day off of school he waiting for his uncle to come home knowing the school would have called him for ditching school. Brayden didn't answer his phone or the house phone as he already knew it was about to be about him not going to school, as he heard his uncle come in and yelled out of worry. Brayden sit up in bed and watched his door open to show his uncle on the other side of the door. As the two talked and Brayden showed his back to his uncle, his tribal tattoo showed up as his uncle told him that his tattoo showed up. As Brayden's uncle explained he is an Initia and that he holds a primary element inside of him waiting for him to find what it was, this news for the young initia's mind was going through his mind as he thought if one or both of his parents was just like him.

The next morning, his uncle called the school to tell them he was sick and he will be back in a day or two. The real truth was his uncle didn't want him to go to school too but people in danger of his unknown element within his hands. Brayden was scared of himself as he hoped he didn't have the power of fire or air. His worry was overwhelming as he heard his shower running out of now were. Brayden got up to walk up and opened his redwood bathroom door to turn off his shower. He heard his uncle talking to himself downstairs as he lay down and noticed a cup that was empty now was fill with water.

Brayden slowly backed up as he looked at his hands and then run into the bathroom and made sure everything was off in his bathroom that involved water as he closed his eyes and focused on water. When Brayden opened his eyes, he looked at the mirror and was his eyes were from dark brown to blue. Brayden looked around his bathroom as there was water everywhere, looking down to the bathroom floor was the brown titles with a light touch of crystal clear water enough to see his relation. He knew his tattoo brought him the element of water.

After two years, he was training with his uncle as he was able to control his power of water a little better but not in full control. He was finally having his life back as he was walking down the hall as someone dumped him.  Brayden soon bent down to pick up the other's books as he felt another hand on the book he was going to pick up as his eyes meet Narcissa's. Brayden's shut down but it was not long as he cleared his throat as he stood up and held out a hand to her to help her up.  Brayden felt something was very wrong. He stepped away from her as he was about to walk away he felt her hand on his arm telling him to stay.  He could not find himself staying as put a hand on her wrist and brought it down gently and walked away. What he did was the best choice he could have done. To turn down a Phoenix.

After that, he never saw his first crush again as he continued his life. Brayden found his hobby to save cooking recipes and also to cook and bake.  He found doing things he like calms him down more than eating his troubles away.  Brayden become a big eater while training with his uncle. Two years after graduation, Brayden finally got to control his power as he applied for the Evermore College at the age of twenty-three. Going through creative writing and English degree for his first year he was focused on his schooling more than making friends. Friends came last then his studies as Brayden knew what he was going for didn't have much but he likes to think the school was more important than messing around.  Brayden knew he belonged somewhere, in the right friend group,  to meet friends that will stick with him. Secrets were always part of his life, Brayden wanted friends who would hide anything from him.

In the year of 2015, Brayden was home with his uncle as he heard the phone ring. Brayden answered as a female voice he never heard before, it was his mother. Tears came from the young initia eyes as he found out his parents were in prison this whole time, as they were released as they were on their way to Evermore.  The whole time he thought his parents didn't love him, they were in a place he never thought he could never think his parents could be. Brayden didn't bother to fight with his uncle as he noticed he was not feeling well.  Brayden never thought someone like his on family never told him about his parents.

As the Gemini Comet hit Evermore City, Brayden was walking up the stairs as he felt his head throbbing. The pain made him sit down on the staircase as he saw a bright light through the crystal clear windows from the living room as he passed out.  The next day, he opened his eyes as he felt something strange about him. Brayden got up as he felt something burning as watched the staircase he was sitting on fire after one touch from his hand, as he was scared about what just happened. Brayden looked around to see if there was a chance to take it out with his powers but it was too late. The fire from the staircase went up the to the second floor of the house. Brayden run into the kitchen as he noticed there was a fire alarm going off, he thought it was because of his second element he was now scared to master.

All Brayden could see was red-orange with a hint of what was left of the house as he was trying to find water he can put the fire out.  All that was in his head was to find his Uncle and get him out safely.  Things came to the worst as he opened the door to the kitchen and saw the flames once again. He hoped he can still use the water from the kitchen.  As his brown eyes turned to red and blue as he took out the fire in the kitchen as he saw his burnt alive Uncle on that ground, Brayden was scared to be alone. He dragged his uncle out as he was trying to save him but he was too late. Brayden was now alone in the world,  he regrets never telling his uncle to thank you for raising him and taking him in.

Brayden told the officers what happened as they understood. Brayden was shocked that a comet cause everyone to pass out but he was thankful he was not a suspect in his elder's death.  As the invasion went on the only thing they could think of was the burner was left on while everyone was passed out. Not long later there was a woman showed up as she came in with her heels echoed to Brayden's ears. He looked up to the women as he never saw her before.  The unknown woman walked up to Brayden as she asked if they could talk. The young initia stood up from where he was sitting and lead the women to the living room and it across from her, he wondered why she showed up as questions were running through his mind.

As the woman started to talk to Brayden about what happened after the comet and that she was the Ambassador to the species of  Radix Intita.  Her name was Sierra Reigns. He listened to every word she said as he was not sure how to take any other elements. It did answer his question about the fire and also how the smoke was no longer there.  He honestly didn't know what to do as he knew he had to move out to the base of the mountains were there would be more of them. From the City to his new home he could not help to be quieter than is normal was.

Brayden got back what he loves and continued his college in culinary at the Evermore College.  He is now looking for friends what will be there for him.  As the unknown parent's arrival, Brayden does not want to be alone anymore. Looking for hope in his life as he is trying to control the flame inside. Brayden find his happy and calm place within the flames that are burning inside of him.
