Dante Jackson was born during the Industrial Revolution, ideas, inventions, flying around as Dante's shining eyes glowed with innovation, hoping he could make a name for himself. However, he quickly learned the harsh reality of discrimination and was attacked because of his race. It was a harsh, cold life for Dante but he never failed to realize the beauty of the Earth, he worked as a railroad-maker. Until one day, Dante was hammering a nail until a group of large, bulky men attacked him out of prejudice and 'stature', naturally, Dante fought back, he couldn't handle three men against him at once so he was beaten, even more so than he would've if he didn't fight back, but what Dante didn't know was the fact that someone...a creature of the night was watching him, admiring the bravery to stand up for himself so the unknown vampire approached a dying Dante and gave him a choice to be reborn as something 'new', to be powerful enough to strike those who struck him.

Dante agreed, not knowing what he would become as he became something dangerous. And since then, the vampire became cautious, a thick layer of confidence growing as he realized how powerful he had become, the innocent, wide-eyed Dante no more than a repressed memory. But only repressed, Dante became impulsive, wanting to control everything, being too protective over the things he owns because he didn't want to lose ever again. But as the ages went by, he had heard of the success of Evermore City, and decided to arrive there, not knowing about the chaos that was about to erupt.

Before Dante became a predator, a vampire, he was the prey of many violent incidents, due to the colour of his skin, and this led to him being a very quiet, insecure person, always knowing his place, but there was always a burning rage which would grow within him as the violence continued, and it would be displayed every time he tried fighting back, but it would always end with failure.

He was ambitious though, always hoping someday, he would become famous and earn a place in the history books. But after he was turned, everything changed. Dante's confidence rose with every minute that passed, as he realised the power he contained, and became cocky and sarcastic with everyone he met, no one actually being able to open the core to his true, innocent self that he once was, and everything that was rightfully his, he would become controlling and overprotective with it all. But those who he considered an ally, he would return the loyalty to them, willing to help with any problems they came to him with, but he wasn't able to trust anyone easily, due to his past life. There were only very few people who managed to get on to his ally list.
