Katarina was born in a normal city in Dublin, Ireland having both parents as pure Nephilim. They were having good jobs but that never kept them away over program to see their kids. Since she was born her parents and siblings thought it was the best for Katarina only to know about her gift when she is mature and know how to handle the situation so they kept it a secret for a very long time. Katarina has a brother, Andrew, that is five years older then her. They were always together but her brother was the only one that knew about his specie and power. When she was just a little girl he started to train with his father to control all the abilities he was born with. Even when she was three years only Katarina knew it was something different about her that not all the people had but she never knew what she really is and what incredible power has inside.

Being raised as normal human and when she was two something strange happened.She was playing with Andrew when suddenly, while pretending to hit him, Katarina actually used her strength unintentionally, to leave a bruise. After that, she went to kindergarten not knowing at every day untill she gets to go home her brother was always looking for her every minute. From that accident they tried to keep her under control. Her parents hid it from her because they thought it would be better for her to not know.  In the gymnasium, Katarina started to learn that not all the people are nice and kind with others. She had good colleagues and bad ones. Thise that kick you for food and get all your money because they want too. She tried to avoid them but she couldn't.Andrew even transfered to that school only to keep his eyes on her. He always protected her but something accidents happen.

When she went to the bathroom in the middle of the course hours, some random bully followed her and wanted to hurt her. She was so scared and frightened that her supernatural powers showed up again and almost ruin all the bathroom. The bully escaped alived but Andrew took care that he would remember anything.The situation started to become really bad and wanted to get Katarina to make school home but she wanted to make friends so they couldn't convince her.In the high school there were no problems. She was popular and friend with everyone. No on wanted to hurt her or to talk to her rude and for that Andrew and his parents were convinced that nothing will ever happen till she turns eighteen.

Until one night. After a big ending party for finishing twelve grade she started to walk home after midnight. She was dressed very elegant and could get all the boys attention. But she got the wrong people's attention. Some random drunk guys on the street saw her and wanted to have some" fun" so they started to address to her dirty. She knew they were trouble so she tried to get away from them. But she couldn't. They started to pull her all around and throw her on the ground. She tried to escape but they were six and she couldn't match them. All the fear and horror she got in that moment that her strenght exploaded making several wounds to those drunk guys. She ran home crying and yelling that she doesn't understand what happened and ask their parents if she is a monster. They were shocked, the accident happen before a month turning eighteen.

After long weeks of explaining and showing she is not a monster her family started to train her how to fight, defend herself and help others. But she was so scared that she will lose control and hurt innocent people that she started to avoid people as much as she can. She didn't got out of house for weeks. One night she ran at the store to get some food and some fresh air. An accident happened again. Some random guys were raicing on the street with their fancy cars. Driving with an incredible speed across the highway approaching to her. Katarina at first didn't noticed what was going on only until she saw the cars few inches away from her body but she didn't want to use her supernatural abilities.

When the muzzle car was almost to get her up she closed her eyes waiting the impact that didn't come. A guy came from the shadow saved her in the last minute. She didn't saw exactly that he done but the cars passed them without a noise. Aaron, the guy that saved her, took care of her every day. Being a friend of her Andrew he was a Nephilim as well. She started to go to college and after the course hours she was training with Aaron for being able to protect herself.
