Sasha was born at midnight April tenth of 1982. Her family consisted of her mother, father, older brother and younger sister. The family lived among humans for many years, always moving and never staying in one place for too long. Sasha cut her teeth on human cruelty, somehow the humans would find out about her family and they would attack out of fear and hatred, attacking with cruel words and even crueler weapons. She had learned early to fight and to protect her family.

Her father, though loving, was weak and didn’t know how to protect his family, so Sasha had learned how. Trained by an assassin, she could kill easily by her teens and was not bothered by the death of her foes. Sasha's sister Ruby had been a tender child and during a raid in which her brother, Elijiah had been away from her, her sister had been killed trying to run away. Her mother had not been the same after that and it was only two short years later that she died. She wore mourning clothes for her daughter and did so until the day she died. Sasha's father, who had been fully human had blamed himself for Ruby's death and then for her mother's.

The family separated soon after Sasha’s mother Talia had passed away. Elijiah had joined a pack of wolves by shifting to one and gaining their trust. Sasha hadn't heard from him since but she hoped he was well. Her father had continued to live on the move and eventually died of exposure during a harsh winter blizzard. Sasha mourned quickly for her father whose name was Marcus, then she continued on.

Sasha was just fifteen when the family resolved and she was left on her own, the rest of them too wrapped up in their selfish grief to think of her. Sasha was not offended by this and went about by herself bettering her fighting skills and honing her ability to find shelter, food or even weapons, all the while remaining unseen and unheard. The years passed and Sasha grew from a young girl into a young woman with a strength to rival any man. She was beautiful, intelligent and extremely deadly. She held no fear and walked her own path.

Sasha had been only fifteen when her mother had died and her family fell apart, because of her age and inexperience she had never been taught about her shifter side. She knew that her mother had been a shifter but she had never been tapped by the sun like her brother. She was twenty two when she was tapped by the moon, upon a comet hitting the earth. After the comet she also shifted for the very first time, every change was torture, terrifying and even somewhat even painful.  She could hold form now and shift at will, she was normal in her powers for a moon shifter. All except for the terror and fear. She hated it because she felt it was the only time she was vulnerable and weak.  

After many years she stumbled upon the city of Evermore, after much study, close watching and even a few midnight sneak throughs without being caught, Sasha decided this place was as safe as any. Shifting to a fox she strode into the city, her head held high, she headed for the people like her, hoping that for once she had found a safe place. That was one year ago......
