Scorpios was born on the hottest day of summer in Italy, in the family mansion. His parents were Roman and Vitoria D'Angelo, a proud and kind couple who never hesitated to tell their children when they erred, but also never afraid to show affection in public. Even as a small child, Scorpios was pretty quiet, preferring to just watch everything that went on and mentally take notes. And as the youngest boy in the family, he was left out of a lot, but mostly by accident. But when he was included, he was as carefree as they were.

Growing up, him and his four elder brothers were taught how to be chivalrous, how to treat a lady the way she should be treated, and as a result, the D'Angelo boys were never short on female admirers. They had many male admirers as well, ones who looked up to them, but they also had enemies, mostly people who were jealous.

One in particular, a human by the name of Giovanni Rosano, hated Scorpios with a passion, which puzzled him for he'd never really said or done anything to him. One night, when Scorpios was fifteen, Giovanni and his gang of three other boys cornered him on his way home from town and proceeded to try to beat him up. However, it did not work for them as they had planned.

Scorpio was slimmer than them, and able to beat them back, earning a few injuries in the process. The fight was ended when Scorpios slugged Giovanni and he fell to the ground, holding his nose as it bled profusely. Scorpios had broken it. Glaring at him, Giovanni swore to one day end him, which did not impress Scorpios. Especially when they ran away with their proverbial tails tucked between their legs. They've been adversaries ever since, though Scorpios has no patience with it and just wishes it would end.

On his 18th birthday, a weapon claiming ceremony was arranged for him and all his family members and friends came to see what weapon would claim him. The ceremony started in the morning with Scorpios handling weapons of various shapes and sizes. It was only at high noon, just as he held the Sai Swords, that he felt the connection and the runes appeared, glowing a bright ice blue that matched his eyes. His father, having claimed a similar weapon, was proud of his youngest son, and he always made sure to give him tips whenever they were training. However, he never held back, and neither did the rest of the people who trained him.

His eldest brother, Lovino, was especially hard on him during combat training, refusing to go easy on him just because he was younger. "Your enemy," he pointed out. "Will not give you slack just because you are younger. They won't even give a shit." As a result, Scorpios proved himself to be one of the best fighters they have, and he is very protective of his two younger sisters, even though they are just as good as him in fighting and whatnot.

On his 30th birthday, he decided to leave his family in Italy to go see the rest of the world, and since his younger sisters had already reached their 18th birthdays and were completing their training, he felt he had no reason to stay any longer. While deciding where to go to first, his brother, Lovino, had written him a letter, inviting him to Evermore, also know as Eternal City. Deciding that this was a good start, he said that he would, and did he have a room where he could stay with him?

He moved to Eternal City, with many wishes of luck from his family, and his little sister, Siena who he considered to be his best friend, was sad to see him go. When he arrived, he was tired and irritated, due to being on a plane for several hours. Lovino only laughed at his little brother and took it all in stride. They spent hours catching up, and when Scorpios mentioned finding a job, Lovino suggested Valeria's dojo. Scorpio crinkled his nose and shook his head, saying he'd rather not get his ass tanned every day.

Since then, Scorpios just pops into Valeria's dojo to bug and tease the ambassador from time to time, but he works mostly as a bodyguard trainer, and also trains police and guard dogs.
