Tyler was born and raised with two loving parents in the outbacks of Australia. His simple life was made so much easier by the fact that he and his parents were a branch of an Initia tribe, people whom were able to control the elements. Malakey and Marya, his father and mother, were both of the element water and so, they merely presumed Tyler himself would be a water user. As a child, Tyler grew up in a caravan in the middle of a rocky desertous terrain, cliffs riddled with caves and crawling with animals of every species and type, he was used to being alone and being able to connect with the earth and its beings. In the 21st century, one could call his whole family 'hippies'.

At the age of 12, Tyler's element came into use, though to the shock of his parents, his Element was earth. His usual chocolate eyes were now hued with greens that twisted through his pupil like vines. Tyler practiced his talents everyday, their caravan soon becoming home to an array of plants and Ivies that otherwise would never grow their, His connection to the earth and its creatures growing each and every day.

On his fifteenth name day, Tyler had spent the morning practicing how to ask his parents to allow him to go to school. He could read and write but, not as well as he wanted to, home-schooled by his parents. His parents were furious with him, they called him ungrateful and screeched at how rude he was, calling them bad teachers and wondering to themselves what they ever did to get a child like Tyler, someone so eager to abandon their family lines.

Tyler himself was furious, why were his parents so narrow-minded? In the midst of his anger, his hands clenched tight, and the earth began to rock and tumble, the great cliffs rising to meet his bubbling rage. The police reported an earthquake, the biggest Australia had ever seen, with one survivor in the outback regions. A little boy of 15, shaken and weak, but alive. Looking back on his childhood was difficult for Tyler, He kept his name given to him by his parents, out of respect more than anything, but moved from Australia with his foster family. Fostered by an american couple that lived in a town called Evermore, they too were Initia's but Tyler ran away after 4 weeks with them.

Now at the grand age of 26, Tyler lives alone in a house in the Initia faction, the house itself a haven for plants, every brick encased in ivy or wall crawling plant life. Tyler never lost his Australian accent, nor did he lose his sense of companionship with the earth. He lives alone and likes to keep himself to himself, but sometimes likes to go out and trick the world with his elemental control over the earth. His life in Evermore is simplistic, he runs a local flower shop so is never short on money, although his haunting past is brought a light every night with painful night terrors and so he has never had a true relationship with man nor woman as he was always too embarrassed about his nightmares.
