Wintersnow was born to a large family of Naiads, being brought into a household which she shared with five half siblings and four full siblings was hectic to say the least. Her parents were both there for her for the first part of her upbringing and she had a blissful life as she grew up in the underwater kingdom and rarely felt any strains or heartaches in her life and when she eventually reached her age of maturity, 17, she developed her wings the same way her parents and siblings had and she was able to venture out into the world for the first time, to spread her new pink wings and explore what was out there.

It was expected as a member of the Ronson family that she would become one of the healers for the Naiad and she was more than happy to learn. She wanted to follow in her sibling's footsteps and she worked really hard to learn what she needed to become a true healer. It wasn't something she managed to learn as quickly as some of the others but with time she became very skilled with healing the wounded and was soon offered a position in the Naiad healing centre, an equivalent to a hospital in the underwater kingdom. Wintersnow spent several years at the healing centre and became very dedicated to her job, she wanted nothing more than to be able to care for others and to ensure they were healthy, she made many friends through it too.

Wintersnow had been working her shift at the centre when news of the attack had come to her, she had helped to get all of her patients out of the centre and sent them with those fleeing to the sanctuary. To her getting the others out was the most important which is why she decided to stay for the longest possible time, she needed to help those who had been hurt whilst fleeing from the humans and had stayed with them well past the time that the majority of Naiad had fled the kingdom. Eventually however when all tolls had been taken, Wintersnow had left with those she had nursed back to health and headed for the city named Evermore to find her family.

Upon arriving in the city Wintersnow had taken no time in finding the Naiad community and reintegrated herself within the community, however to her disdain she discovered that her family had been scattered during the siege and she couldn't find any of them. For the first time she felt utterly alone whilst she was surrounded by people and she would stop at no end to find her family and bring them together once again, every single one of them.
