Born on a cool autumn afternoon; Elle-Mae is the only daughter in the Lovett family. The daughter of Louanna and Clifford Lovett. Often known to be Clifford’s baby-girl. It was a happy occasion, both Louanna and Clifford rejoiced that their daughter was finally with them. Elle-Mae was born 7 years, after her elder half brother Phoenix (Tucker) and 3 years, before their baby brother Justice.

Her birth brought joy, to her elder brother Tucker. He adored his baby sister, and Elle-Mae adored him back. As a baby, often finding the young boy amusing. From a very young age, she was close to Phoenix (Tucker). Even though, her own father didn’t love him as much. Elle always looked up to her big brother. Despite, being too young to understand. She quickly picked up on; how Tucker was being left out. Their father distancing himself, from the child that wasn’t biologically his.

As few more years passed, her mother was pregnant again. And there was more joy in the Lovett household. Elle-Mae hoped for a little sister. Someone, whom she could share similar interests/activities with. Few months after she turned 3, the third offspring to the Lovett Family was born. Justice. Tucker and Elle’s baby brother. From then on, things seemed to have changed; slowly going more downhill. Elle couldn’t help but feel a slight disappointment; that the new child was a boy. Feeling somewhat stuck in the middle, between two boys. With Justice, getting the attention since he was a newborn and the youngest. Elle-Mae was often kicking up a fuss; about not getting enough attention from her mother. Being small herself, she still needed love and attention too.

For a while, Elle-Mae wondered if Justice was the preferred child out of all of them-mainly due to his young age. But getting love and affection, from both of her parents; she saw that she was too loved. It was just sad to see, Tucker was only getting love and affection from their mother-and not from Clifford.

Between chores at home, and getting the education each of the children needed; Elle-Mae grew closer towards Justice also; she adored her baby brother. Being the big protective sister; if anyone tried to say a word against him. Considered being close, to both of her brothers; despite the fact that her brothers weren’t always that close to each other.

But their family was slowly falling apart-there were many arguments between Phoenix (Tucker) and Clifford. From the ages of 9-16, Elle-Mae saw her big brother less and less. Until, finally he was gone; moved out of their family home. She couldn’t help, but feel slight anger and resentment towards her own father; for constantly pushing her big brother away. Feeling, like a piece of her missing when her big half brother was gone.

In her spare time; Elle-Mae took up self defense classes. Growing up with two brothers, had naturally made her tougher, and the self defense/combat classes helped. Aswell, as having an aptitude for different languages and literature. By the time, she finished High-school. Elle Mae knew she wanted to be work in Publishing and Books. Slowly, working her way towards being a book editor. After she left for College; she left behind her parents and her baby brother, whom was struggling with bipolar depression more and more, as he got older.

Now, in one of New York’s finest colleges. Elle Mae was trying to focus on her studies of pursuing her dreams of being a book editor. During her time in college; series of things happened. Including the tragedy of her mother suffering from a heart condition-which slowly led to her death. Hearing that her mother was dying, left Elle-Mae heart-broken. Her mother was still young, to be taken away so early. But, she did not show up at her family’s home to see her during the year she was slowly dying. Why? It was before, Elle-Mae learned that her mother was slowly dying; that she experienced her first change, that scared her beyond belief.

The young woman was at a party with some college friends. Loud music, drinking, fun. You name it. Typical college party was going on. On the way back towards their dorms; one of her drunken classmates began to bring up the subject of her family. How deranged and twisted her family was. That said classmate knew little about her family ‘issues’. Hearing one of her acquaintances talking about her family, saying harsh words about both brothers; made her blood boil. With the full moon being out; something unexpected had happened. Unforgettable pain and bones breaking. Elle-Mae had no idea what was going on. She was both angry at the words she was hearing, in agony and scared at the same time. After that, everything else seemed to be a blur. But she could vividly remember the screams around her, as she ended up hurting the drunk young woman she was escorting back to her dorm. That night had left an emotional mark on Elle-Mae. Finding out what she truly was...and knowing she accidentally hurt someone in the process-she was scared to face any of her family.

Since she really didn’t have anyone to help her cope; Elle-Mae was struggling on her own to come to terms with being a Lycanthrope. Not reaching out to any of her brothers, or father. She feared, if she went back home; that she’d end up hurting one of them. So she had stayed away; until the passing of her mothers. Elle felt like a bad daughter, for just showing up at the funeral. But she needed to say her goodbyes; even if it was very late. Knowing, her baby brother was furious with both her and Tucker for not showing up earlier. She didn’t even know, how to begin to explain to him what had happened.

Despite, the family grieving in their own ways. Clifford had approached Elle-Mae before she left back for New York. He could tell, what his daughter had become in her absence. Telling her the truth about her supernatural heritage. Elle felt angry and a bit confused, that he hadn’t warned her and Justice about any of this earlier on. But kept her anger to herself. Returning back to New York; after a week in Texas.

As the years passed by, Elle-Mae missed both of her brothers. Wondering what both of them were doing with their lives. After she had finally graduated from College. It had taken her a while, to get a job at a publishing company as a book editor. But each bad experience, helped her learn along the way. Her skills in languages had certainly helped along the way. Despite, the fact that it was a hard job. Elle felt that it was worth it, doing something she was passionate about. After her little brother finally graduated. Elle-Mae visited the youngest Lovett, to congratulate him on his success. Wishing him the best of luck in his own field. Elle-Mae was proud of her baby brother, becoming a fire-fighter.

It was from her baby brother, that she heard what happened to their father. Despite, the mixed feelings she felt towards him over the years; she grieved. Also feeling sorry, for her brother whom blamed himself for his father’s death. Both parents lost. It was just the three siblings left in their family.

After spending a few years travelling, with her job to various publishing companies. She has worked on a plenty of books, both in the English language; as well as translating them into Italian, French and German. Feeling some sort of freedom; as she can work from home also. Elle-Mae has finally settled in Evermore. Hoping, to find both of her brothers. And hopefully, somehow piece what’s left of their family back together.
