Jesse grew up into a perfect family, they were one of the wealthiest families in town. His mother was a lawyer and his father was a doctor. He had a little sister who was 3 years younger than he was. Jesse was one of the smartest kids in his grade and his sister as well. Jesse never had any problems in getting girls because he was sweet and caring. He would often be taken advantage of because of his personality, he always put other's needs before his.

When Jesse turned 17 he was captain of the football team and had the most beautiful girlfriend, his life couldn't get any better but then his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and his father did everything in his power to save her but failed. Within three months his mother passed away and they were left without her. His father blamed himself and currently suffered from depression. After that his father threw himself into his work, not spending 5 minutes with him and his sister and he found himself taking care of her.

Jesse's sister went to live with their grandma and she took care of her and Jesse's personality changed, he didn't care anymore, he would use girls and start fights at school. One morning Jesse woke up with a sun tattoo on his arm, it stung when he touched it. He couldn't recall getting it done but decided to leave it. After a while it stopped hurting but Jesse started getting nightmares of all sorts of animals. Jesse started doing research.

One night Jesse woke up in the middle of the woods with people surrounding him. He quickly got up and looked at them. He discovered that he was tapped to become a shifter. The next day the ritual was performed to allow him to become a shifter. After the people were gone, he saw the wolf again and it jumped into his chest which made him pass out. In the dream the wolf made him understand what was going on.

The following months was hard, trying to shift fully but after that and a lot of coaching from the others, he could take his full form. Jesse often visited his little sister and had visited his father only a few times. 20 years had passed and Jesse had grew close to his clan members.
