Nyx was once a great phoenix, burning villages and the like for the fun of it. Until the times began to change, people became aware of his presence and were unhappy with the arsonist. The being killed for fun, he murdered and slayed all who opposed him for the mere fun of being able to do so. Until technology began to advance, humans became adept in stopping him, and soon they were able to hunt him.

This would've been fine, until the Initia got involved with the hunting, tracking him down and pinning him in a location he never wanted to be. They forced him atop a mountain, the bitter cold preventing his flames from consuming his body as they began to attack him. It was short lived, almost instant as they sent one final shot of a bullet tearing through his chest, his chance of survival...minimal.

Then he awoke, he couldn't tell if it was bad dream until he realized his body had revived itself in a blue flame before he rose. His eyes a deep blue and his body warmed by the steep cold, his chest marked by an odd tribal mark before he realized something was wrong. His flames, he didn't feel them, then he touched the ground and ice sprouted around his hand... He had.. changed?

20 years later...

Nyx had grown, adapted, and calmed. He had no desire to cause trouble anymore for his normal flames no longer applied, he trained himself on the same mountain of his death for years before coming down. The newly formed Niveis even now, had to focus on controlling his found abilities, his emotions tampering with the weather to the point he preferred seclusion.

It was time to move for him however, he had found Evermore... A city of refuge? He did not know but his new story began here as he accepted that if he died again, it would be his final one.
