He was born into a clan in Europe, his parents were not of any real station in the clan. He was the middle child of three children born to his mother and favored least out of them but did his best to be what his siblings needed him to be. He was their guardian, their provider when needed and even the one that took the blame for their actions when able to cover for them.

His siblings, a sister who is older than him and a brother that is younger than him, took advantage of these facts when they were old enough to understand it was part of his nature. He was looking to gain the praise of his parents by doing this but seemed to just be ignored even more as they tried to work their way up in the clan. It wasn't until it was time for him to take the rite that he saw any attentions from them. His sister had made it through the rite herself not two years ahead of him joining the sun clan.

He himself joined them as well, the rite had taken a toll on him that amplified his desire to protect his siblings and his clan. Coming out the other side of the rite he once again resumed his role of being invisible to his parents. His younger brother entered the rite a year later and he did what he could to assist him to be prepared for what was to come. Unfortunately his brother didn't survive the rite, for this his parents blamed him and shunned him along with his sister who was just working to keep her parent's favor.

Instead of stay where he was he left home to wander, leaving family and clan behind and finally after a few years he found his way to Evermore City. He has taken up residence in the shifter controlled area and currently is not part of the local clan though he intends to approach the local Prima soon enough.
