Sapphire Rizzoli was born on December 25, 1978 to Felix and Cymbeline Rizzoli in Sicily, Italy. She thought that she was normal until she turned 18. Sapphire’s parents hid her heritage from her after she had discovered her wings, which they blamed on a car accident that both vehicles exploded but no one was harmed. Her parents were friends with the Corinth’s meaning she grew up with Anastasia Corinth. On the day of Ana’s birthday, which was on Halloween so earlier in the day, they went to the Movies to celebrate Anastasia turning 18 years old. Not knowing it would be the last time she would see her best friend. Having not heard from Anastasia in over a month she went over to discover that the family was dead and Anastasia moved to America. It was her birthday the day her parents were going to the Theater in Rome to watch a once of a life time Shakespearean play little did they know it would be leave Sapphire an orphan.

Sapphire’s parents were going to tell her the night of her 18th birthday that she was different until they got into a car accident with a drunk driver. Sapphire survived with a few scratches and bruises, but her parents did not. The drunk driver, who also survived, was sentenced to jail for life for driving under the influence and murder. Felix, Sapphire’s dad, was a world known game developer and Cymbeline, her wonderful mother, sang with Anastasia’s mother, Risa, making her well known in Sicily. Sapphire inherited her mother’s singing and her father’s knowledge. After the accident, Sapphire decided to move to America in search of her best friend, Anastasia. While she packed her belongings, Sapphire found a letter in her father’s office, which explained to her that she was a Phoenix and how she would tap into her abilities the night after her birthday.

The letter also told her to go to Evermore where there is a city full with supernatural beings. Sapphire’s father also told her his story of when he used to live there, but left to start up his career where he met her mother. Soon after they met, her mother found out that she was pregnant with her.Sapphire keep the letter close to her as she soon flew to America and managed to get to Evermore like her father said in his letter. Once she got to Evermore, Sapphire noticed that her back started to burn and wing started to form on her back in the color of pink and purple, which she found the Ambassador Leona d’Fierro, who helped her find an apartment to live in. Later on she found Anastasia at a Design Gallery. Sapphire reconnected with Anastasia as she then to take over her father’s gaming company by helping them develop game ideas for new games.

After about 2 weeks, Sapphire noticed there was a Guard to keep peace throughout Evermore. She then went to Astoria and asked her to be part of the guard. When Astoria told her she can, Sapphire took the oath and the tattoo. Now she does run Rizzoli Gaming Company in her free time. One night when she was a fresh guard, Sapphire rescued a man from an attack. She found him slumped down, wounded as she took him to a hotel to heal. Sapphire stay with him a while before she had to go back to her missions. Before she left, Sapphire left him a note to go to Evermore and talk to someone at the manor.

Katrina and Sapphire have been spenting quite alot of time together. After a few dates, The two have officially became girlfriends.

Dom is a part of the Guard with me and we both became friends due to our love for dogs which is how we met. Dom is also my Bestest friend on the Guard.



Sapphire has a half brother. They had recently found out about being half siblings.
